Cholula Original hot sauce comes from Jalisco, Mexico. It's the kind with the wooden cap. This drink is a spicy, non-alcoholic drink customarily served as a chaser with shots of tequila. You can use a different hot sauce, of course. Sangrita - meaning "little blood" - is not to be confused with the Spanish wine and fruit drink, Sangria.
