Want a simple dessert for a holiday party or an easy-to-make hostess gift? Try these Nutter Butter cookie balls. They could not be any easier to prepare. Inside the chocolate shell sprinkled with crushed peanuts is a creamy peanut butter center with a hint of tang from cream cheese. So good!

Ingredients For nutter butter cookie balls

  • 1 pkg
    Nutter Butter peanut butter cookies
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, softened (8 ounces)
  • 1 pkg
    chocolate bark candy coating
  • 1 c
    crushed salted peanuts

How To Make nutter butter cookie balls

  • Crushed Nutter Butters in a blender.

    Add Nutter Butters to a food processor and blend until fine.
  • Cream cheese added to the cookie crumbs.

    Add the cream cheese to the cookie crumbs and blend until dough-like.
  • Chilled dough rolled into balls.

    Chill the mixture for 15 minutes in the freezer. Then roll it into bite-size balls. Place balls on a baking sheet and chill balls for 15 minutes.
  • Dipping cookie balls in melted chocolate.

    Melt bark in the microwave according to the package directions. Dip chilled nutter butter balls in melted chocolate using a fork so the chocolate can drip off. Set covered cookie balls onto waxed paper.
  • Crushed peanuts sprinkled on the Nutter Butter Cookie Balls.

    Sprinkle with crushed salted peanuts. Let set for approximately 30 minutes.
